About Heart On Coaching
For me everything comes down to relationships. The way we relate to our self, partner, friends, the natural world and family all inspire the way we walk in this life. It is my mission as a coach to bring more clarity, harmony, passion, and love back into our relationships so that we may thrive.
I use the VITA (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) Method in my sessions that include breathwork, somatic expression, mind/body meditations, intimacy practices, talk coaching, and more.
