Relationship is key to most of the things in life. Leadership happens in the context of relationships. A team is a network of relationships. Marriage is the most intimate of all human relationships. Even when we deal with our own emotions, our life purpose and direction, we are dealing with the relationship with ourselves and our past and future.

I live cross-culturally (Hong Kong, Dubai, the U.S., Mainland China, Japan, etc.), I work across culture (my clients are from China, Hong Kong, the U.S., Egypt, Lebanon, Dubai, India, etc.), and I coach in three languages (English, Cantonese, Mandarin).
