About Michelle

I am a qualified and registered Coach and Mentor, dedicated to supporting individuals through meaningful personal and professional growth. With extensive experience working within the NHS, Michelle brings a grounded, compassionate, and evidence-informed approach to every coaching relationship.
I undertake regular coaching supervision to ensure her practice remains reflective, current, and aligned with the highest professional standards. She is committed to delivering safe, ethical and empowering coaching, guided by the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors.
Passionate about supporting people through real-life transitions, I am currently completing advanced training to specialise in menopause coaching, enabling her to confidently guide clients through the three stages of menopause and the emotional, physical, and professional impacts that may arise.
Recognising that personal development should be accessible to all, I offer a range of digital coaching products, ensuring individuals from all backgrounds and budgets can access high‑quality support in a way that suits their needs.
Grounded, ethical, and wholeheartedly client‑centred, I create a supportive space where individuals can gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence—whatever stage of life they are navigating.

Outside of coaching, I’m happiest enjoying a calmer pace of life with my husband and our miniature red cockapoo. I adore the countryside and have a lifelong love of animals, especially horses and equestrian sports. When I’m not outdoors, you’ll probably find me indulging my inner food snob, discovering great places to eat, or planning my next holiday. These things keep me grounded, inspired, and connected to the balance I encourage in others.
