About Aleksandar

I work with driven professionals navigating burnout, career transitions, impostor syndrome, and the growing sense that the way they've always worked is no longer sustainable.

Our idea of success is shaped by narratives we didn't write. And those shape what we reach for, what we avoid, and what never quite comes into view.

Many people who arrive here are, by most measures, doing well. Some are navigating a concrete decision or transition. Others are somewhere quieter — a growing sense that the path no longer quite fits, or that something they can't yet name has started to ask for attention. What brings them here is a quieter question: whether this is the only way.

My work doesn't start with a framework or a plan. It starts with your experience, exactly as it is — your history, your way of seeing things, what it means to you. We take the time to understand it properly before we start thinking about what to do with it. Often, that process alone shifts something.

My approach is grounded in the Psychology of Personal Constructs — a tradition built on the idea that you are not a problem to be fixed. You are a solution to be understood. And that is where we will begin.

I came to this through my own experience inside high-achievement environments. I know what it's like to build a career that looks successful from the outside while quietly carrying questions the work doesn't quite answer — first through a PhD in Computer Science and postdoctoral research at Stanford, then as a software engineer in Silicon Valley. That experience is what eventually led me here.

Constructive Spaces is a place to understand yourself and build from there.

Sessions are online, one hour long, and typically weekly. Sliding scale pricing is available — details discussed on the discovery call.

If something here resonates, a free discovery call is a good place to start. No agenda. Come with whatever is on your mind.
