Humans are plagued with self-doubt. I help them reframe and see who they really are by identifying the origins of their limiting beliefs, inner critics, and conditioning. Once these are identified we have a wide-open space for those choices that really fulfill a person. We all have or are playing a roll given to us and have the power to choose the role we play moving forward. Women especially unleash their powers when they have a clearer picture of who they are. I am here for it, I see it and am determined to help you see it also.
I also specialize in pre-therapy preparation and post therapy support. Finding a therapist is a challenge, I provide support while you are on a wait list, on the fence whether therapy is right for you and also after you have finished your therapy but would like to continue support with your present life.
