About Katya

Katya Hropova is a somatic therapist, meditation instructor, and certified life coach with a Master's Degree in Somatic Psychotherapy. Drawing on more than a decade of meditation practice, professional training, and personal healing, she offers a gentle, body-based approach to emotional well-being.

Her work blends somatic psychology, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and self-compassion to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a kinder relationship with themselves. Rather than striving to fix ourselves, Katya believes that meaningful change begins with awareness—learning to notice what the body is communicating and responding with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Whether through meditation, coaching, or somatic practices, her intention is to create a warm and supportive space where people can listen inwardly, reconnect with their internal wisdom, and develop practical tools they can carry into everyday life.

You can work with Katya through one-on-one sessions or explore these practices at your own pace in her Mind-Body Meditation Basics online course, which offers a gentle introduction to body awareness, meditation, and nervous system regulation.
