About Angelo
I'm Angelo Lamera, a coach based in Frankfurt working with managers and first-time leaders who are finding the job harder than expected.
Maybe you've just been promoted and suddenly you're responsible for people, results, and decisions — and nobody really prepared you for this. Maybe you've been managing for a while but feel like you're constantly firefighting, never quite in control. Maybe you know what needs to change in your team or your approach, but you can't figure out how to make it happen.
That's exactly where I work.My coaching is direct and practical. I don't do comfortable conversations that go nowhere. I help you get clear on what's actually blocking you, as a manager, as a leader, as a person and start moving.
I bring 25+ years of real leadership experience to every session. I've managed teams under pressure, turned around failing operations, and navigated the kind of difficult decisions that keep managers awake at night. I know what the job actually feels like from the inside.
Who I work with: New managers finding their feet · Middle managers under pressure · Professionals recently promoted into leadership · Anyone who knows what they need to do but can't make it happen.
Credentials: ILM Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management · Master in Coaching & Mindfulness (ENEB, in progress) · 25 years of operational leadership across Europe.
