David Ferranti

David S. Ferranti and his wife Cheryl have been Married for 37 Years. They have two married children, Matt and Shauna Ferranti and Hannah and Bill Fent. David, Cheryl and their children founded Bay Valley Christian Church in Bay City, Michigan in 1991.

David has traveled extensively throughout the United States and the World providing Leadership development and training programs for-profit and non-profits. David holds a Bachelor's degree in counseling and holds an Honorary Doctorate for His leadership around the World.

In addition to Bay Valley, David is the founder of Leaders for America Company; a for-profit business. His specialty is entrepreneurship and executive coaching and he is a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. David is also a veteran of the US Army.

As a complement to his passions above, David founded Leaders for Christ Training Center, which is a Michigan trade school as well as The Yosemite Leadership adventure in California, which is a mentoring program for youth and adults. While there, David takes individuals to his 80 acre ranch nestled in the Foothills of Yosemite National Park, that holds 3, 5, and 7 day Leadership intensives.
