About Jessica

Hi there!

Knowing how our brains work best is so important, especially for those of us with ADHD. My career path reflects this—I explored working with different things I enjoyed like plants and animals, but once the novelty wore off, I would lose interest. This pattern of starting with so much motivation then losing all of it was so confusing. I didn’t understand why it kept happening, so I lost confidence in my ability to follow through, even though I had once considered myself a capable person. Luckily, I discovered my ADHD! I found a coach and began learning about how my unique brain works. Together we explored my strengths, values, and interests, and I found what is truly engaging for me—coaching!

I love helping people unlock their unique definitions of and paths to success. In coaching, we clarify what you want to have more or less of in your life and explore how to get there. What does and doesn’t work for each individual can be so different, so your experience is the key. Together we can tap into what actually works for you.

Who am I: I’m a biracial and queer person who has been a dog handler and a horticulturalist. I enjoy making art, practicing yoga, and hanging out with my dog friends!
