John Lindmeier

I am an English–Japanese bilingual ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Hogan Assessment Certified, and former General Manager with eight years of leadership experience leading multicultural teams across Japan.

I partner with executives, managers, and leadership teams to deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership communication, and navigate the interpersonal challenges that come with leadership. My coaching combines thoughtful reflection with practical application, helping clients better understand how they show up, build stronger relationships with stakeholders, and lead with greater clarity and intention.

I have coached leaders across multinational organizations throughout Japan and the APAC region, supporting leaders from organizations including Amazon, Mitsubishi Chemical Group, AbbVie, Smurfit Westrock, Lamb Weston, and BD.
