I’m a coach with a razor-sharp brain, a very soft heart, and a slightly annoying talent for hearing anything that isn’t being said. I catch the part where you rationalize why you can't, shouldn't, or it's not the right time, and I'll show you what's actually happening underneath that very convincing argument.

I’ve also lived enough life to know how messy things get. I've built and lost businesses, I've built and lost relationships, I've rebuilt both. I know the cost of hiding behind a big smile only too well.

My work is identity-level: we look at the patterns running underneath your choices, the parts you've outgrown, and who you actually need to become to stop repeating the same loops.

I am not here to validate your excuses; I'm here to help you love the life you built. Most coaches will either coddle you or drill-sergeant you. I do both. At the right time.
