Alison McCallum

My coach training (Royal Roads University, 2017) was in Executive Coaching and I am now an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation. In my coaching practice, I have a natural affinity for those in education but am equally adept at and interested in coaching in other sectors. I am certified in both the Strong Interest Inventory and MBTI assessment tools, and have seen how much insight can be drawn from using these tools with clients.

I have completed an 8 month Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Course for Coaches, offered by Third Way Leadership.I work in the field of Indigenous student services in higher education, offering support and advocacy. A strong ally, I am committed to making the world a better place for us all, one conversation at a time.
