I have over 20 years’ experience working in Human Resources in the UK and internationally. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). I supports leaders, teams, organisations and individuals to achieve long lasting improvements in performance, development and communication strategies; and to thrive, not just survive, regardless of the situational context. My coaching and people expertise provides a solid basis for gaining self-awareness, clarifying goals, achieving development and career objectives whilst unlocking potential, leading to continuous growth.

I seeks to support and inspire people to reach outstanding results through my coaching. I use a combination of impactful approaches that enable clarity of direction, awareness of strengths and measurable progress outcomes.

My Coaching Philosophy
My philosophy is to coach the whole person (not just the individual) which leads to the enhanced discovery of self, and offers a path to fulfil both organisational and personal goals. My coaching style is direct, honest and engaging. The feedback I receive from clients emphasises that the trust, rapport, active listening and powerful questioning that I embody through our journey together supports their positive behavioural change, leading them to shift perspectives and take action to make positive and lasting impacts.
