I am an experienced Operations Director and executive leadership coach, and I sit on several UK Boards. So I am aware of business pressures as well as coaching solutions,

People are encouraged to stretch into new roles, but are often considered already sufficiently skilled and not in need of support when they reach mid to senior management level. I offer career coaching for people with ambitions to move into new roles or industries and have a good track record in helping individuals advance to senior levels.

However, we all need to grow on a personal level and develop, and healthy organisations require healthy, well-balanced, and compassionate individuals to build and bind their teams. They need space to explore their values and use a range of perspectives in decision-making.
