I am an experienced Director who became a coach because I believe we need diversity and a range of skills in any company or business. Now more than ever, it is important to be collaborative, agile, and adaptive managers and leaders.

My background before coaching was in customer service and policy, and I worked in not-for-profits and central government.

People are encouraged to stretch into new roles but are often considered already sufficiently skilled and not in need of support when they reach mid to senior management level.

However, we all need to grow on a personal level and develop, and healthy organizations need healthy, well-balanced compassionate people to build and bind their teams. They need space to explore their values and use a range of perspectives in decision-making.
To be kind to others they need to be kind to themselves
