Cecile Andreas

I am passionate about coaching and especially passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and leaders in creating a plan to live lives of balance, meaning and joy.

As an executive coach, facilitator, educator, entrepreneur, family physician and perennial coaching student, my coaching work focuses on unlocking possibilities with individuals, teams and in organizations. I believe in working from strengths and have found that our greatest opportunities for growth lie in developing from the places in ourselves in which we already have strong abilities.

As a Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I bring a values-based approach to life and leadership, based on the belief that courage and vulnerability are inextricably linked, and that we can only truly rise from our challenges if we are willing to walk through our stories and integrate the lessons in them.

I am proud to be an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University, where I mentor coach students in the Graduate Certificate for Executive Coaching, and teach the Advanced Certificate in Group and Team Coaching program.
