I bring over two decades of experience across public service, corporate leadership, and high‑performance coaching. Today, I serve as a FEMA officer, motivational speaker, corporate steward, author, business owner, and championship mindset coach. My work centers on helping individuals and teams build resilience, strengthen identity, and perform with purpose — especially during moments of transition or adversity.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in lived experience. I’m an addict in recovery, and my journey has shaped the way I show up for others: with honesty, empathy, accountability, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to rebuild your life.
