About Steve

Steve helps:

• Professionals reclaim a manageable pace, a lighter heart, a calmer mind, a deeper spirit, and a zest for things that were once important to them.
• Leaders inspire others without pushing, helping them further their skills to create better buy-in, initiative, and collaboration.
• Individuals manage stress, increase positive thinking, and develop actions that promote energy and better outcomes.
• Coaches deepen their skills to serve their clients better and to prepare for CPLC, ACC, or PCC certification through mentor coaching.

Steve has coached people from all walks of life – medicine, law, real estate, the resort industry, education, the software industry, manufacturing, financial planning, insurance, construction, and those who manage households. With a background in pastoral ministry and Bowen Family Systems Theory to inform his coaching, Steve has a unique ability to coach those who struggle in the over-functioning, “go-to” position in the workplace and in the family.
Credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Steve is also a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach, as well as a Professional Life Coach. He is an instructor for introductory and advanced level coaching courses at the ICF-accredited Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), and is an approved Mentor Coach for PCCI and ICF.
