Hassan Yemer

I am Dr. Hassan Yemer, Executive Chairman and CEO of Scientific Strategy Global Consulting (SSGC.consulting). As a coach, I partner with leaders and professionals in a thought-provoking, creative process that honors you as the expert on your own life and work. My approach is grounded in trust, curiosity, and deep listening. I create a confidential space where you can explore what matters most, expand your self-awareness, and discover your own insights and solutions. Drawing on my PhD, MBA, and MPA, along with the DTM, ECPC, and SME designations, I bring both research and real-world experience to the partnership, but the agenda, the answers, and the decisions remain yours.

Whether your focus is professional or personal, such as leadership growth, executive presence, leading through change, life transitions, purpose, confidence, or balance, our work together is shaped by your goals and your values. Through reflective inquiry and accountability, you will identify what is holding you back, build on your strengths, and take committed action toward lasting growth. Based in Arlington, Virginia, SSGC offers one-on-one coaching, as well as workshops and team-based programs, supporting you in becoming who you want to be, both in your career and in your life.
