Have you ever met someone full of energy, life, and motivation only to discover they have a severe health issue and disability? When you talk with them they are positive, funny and very optimistic. You think to yourself after discovering their health /life issues...how can they be so positive?

Well, that describes me! I am an Integrated Health and Wellness Trainer/Coach and Author focusing on folks with chronic health issues as well as those who desire to just take better care of themselves. However, I am also a legally blind type 1 diabetic since the age of 2 years old. I shouldn't even be alive if I had believed what my doctors told me as a child!

Over the years I have discovered principles and strategies that have guided me to live beyond my diagnosis and own my health - which is exactly what I desire for all of my clients.

I have a BA in Religion, an MA in Organizational Management, a Certified Professional Coach, and a graduate of the NSA's Speaker's Academy. What I bring to my speaking and coaching is a lifetime of experience in learning how to emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally adapt and adjust to health issues.

I'm all that and so much more!
