I work with women who are functioning well on the outside, yet something has gone quiet on the inside. You’ve stopped saying what you really think. You’re managing the people around you instead of really connecting with them. And somewhere along the way, you’ve lost sight of what's actually important to you.

That’s where we begin.

My background is in law, education and advocacy — work that was always about helping people find and use their voice in moments that mattered. I’ve also lived the expat experience: building a life far from home, holding a family together across cultures, and navigating the pressures that come with that. I built Voice & Values Coaching because I know what it costs when we go quiet — and what becomes possible when we find our voice again.

I’m an AC Certified Coach and NLP Practitioner, based in Abu Dhabi and working with clients online across the UK and internationally.
