About Beth
Hi I’m Beth (they/them)! I view coaching as a gentle invitation to curiously explore and step into your most true, easeful and confident version of yourself. Some tools/approaches you can expect to use together are cognitive behavioral coaching (CBC), embodiment, and mindfulness.
I identify as white, non-disabled, a relationship anarchist, queer and nonbinary. I work with individuals of all identities, but am most passionate about helping LGBTQIA+ individuals connect more deeply with their identities, as well as supporting people with periods through menstrual cycle awareness.
