As an Executive & Leadership Coach, I help leaders at all levels find their authentic voice and tap into their own inherent wisdom. My goal is to help you create your signature leadership presence while still staying true to your purpose. I specialize in working with high-achieving, ambitious women, helping them to refine their authentic style and lead with confidence. My passion lies in accelerating the growth of women in leadership and supporting their advancement at all levels, ultimately working towards a systemic change in inclusivity and representation. I also focus my coaching practice on building team dynamics, working with creative leaders and helping to develop authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership styles. In addition to my coaching practice, I also consult with organizations to enhance their female leadership and support the growth of women in business.

With 15 years of leadership experience in the creative advertising and entertainment industry, most often as the only woman at the table, I bring to my coaching an ability to empathize with female leaders, understanding the unique challenges they face. I believe it is an act of rebellion to live the life we desire. I want to give other women the permission to do just that – and to step into your own authentic power while confidently taking up space.
