My clients often don't understand what is wrong because they do their jobs very well, too well. They do not show that they have the capacity to perform at a higher level, even if they know they can. They also suffer from "office mom creep," meaning they take care of everyone, do other peoples work, don't take credit where they need to, fail to speak up powerfully in meetings, don’t get heard and don't take care of their own interests first. This is a painful situation for so many women and I am passionation about helping them succeed in their careers.

I have decades of corporate experience and understand the games people play. I am extremely empathetic and know how to build a psychologically safe environment where my clients can begin to see what is going on, identify new behaviors, and practice the change they want to achieve.
