ABOUT LANA

Svetlana Dimovski, Ph.D., ICF-PCC, NBC-HWC, is credentialed global executive coach, Kellogg Executive Scholar in Leadership, and Chopra Center Certified Instructor in Primordial Sound Meditation. Svetlana is a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, the official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School.

Since starting her professional coaching practice, Svetlana has delivered over 2,700 one-on-one client coaching sessions to executives, leaders, and career professionals across the globe in over 30 industries and all sectors. As a contract partner to BetterUp, Chief, and GrowthSpace, Svetlana supports private and corporate-sponsored coaching clients to envision, plan, and achieve their growth aspirations.

Svetlana’s professional career experience before coaching includes 20 years of scientific research, strategy & innovation management, senior leadership in academia, Fortune 50 companies, and an international development non-profit organization. She holds a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering (Drexel U.) and a postgraduate diploma in digital business (Columbia U./MIT Sloan).
