Iris Zimmermann

I am an International Coaching Federation certified leadership and performance coach. I have been a striver and elite performer my whole life. My coaching leverages a wealth of experience from my Olympic athletic career to my transition to business owner, and then as a VP of Coaching for a fast-paced digital coaching start-up. I am a mother of two daughters (8 and 10 years old) and I know how hard it is to try and juggle ambition and work-life integration. I know what it is like to have discipline, focus, and priorities that continually shift as you shift and change in your life. Nothing ever stays the same and neither should you nor your visions and goals.

I really do believe the coach's job is to see the potential in your client and work with them as they discover the tools to tap into and achieve their potential.
