Upon discovering for the first time the word ‘Narcissist’, several questionable life memories and moments finally began to make sense. I didn’t know Narcissism was a ‘thing’! Until this discovery, I truly believed that I was somehow a flawed human being, unable to get anything right, and unworthy. I became a perfectionist, a people pleaser, and a rescuer in hopes of being noticed and deemed worthy.

After my own healing journey, from a narcissistic mother and a second marriage and divorce from a narcissist, I knew my purpose was to help others going through this intensely toxic relationship so they too could feel the peace and freedom that I now enjoy in my life.

Together with compassion and without judgement, we begin to heal the emotional trauma. Once you have developed the skills and strategies, we move into empowering you.
