Sara Graybeal

I coach parents who want to raise caring, empathetic, anti-racist kids. I help my clients diversify their personal lives to teach their kids these values in practice, rather than merely in words.

About Sara

I approach life coaching with the belief that we are ALL capable of building lives that are exciting, rewarding, and in alignment with our values. In my work with both single adults, and parents, I help my clients identify the core beliefs and desires that drive them, and give them tools to channel this energy toward action steps that will expand their circles, strengthen their support systems, and open up avenues that have previously felt blocked or inaccessible.

Here's a paradox: my clients experience big transformations while working with me, AND the process is simple and step-by-step. This means that it's available to everyone. You don't have to be a superhero to change your life! All you need is a commitment to looking carefully at what's working in your life and where you want to grow.

When working with parents, specifically, I help those who want to raise anti-racist kids ready to make change in the world. Many parents deeply want to pass their progressive values on to their kids--yet find themselves living life in non-diverse spaces where their children can't see those values in action. Through step-by-step lifestyle and mindset shifts, I help parents better align their family lives with their moral beliefs, and in doing so, vastly impact their kids' life experience and depth of outlook on the world.

Aside from coaching, I'm a writer and researcher with over a decade of teaching experience. I grew up on a farm in the American South and have lived in Minnesota, Ecuador, Ghana, Philadelphia, and now North Carolina. I'm the proud mom to a fantastic 5-year-old, who teaches me more about the world every day.
