Hi, I'm Krista!

I have spent the last 15 years working with individuals and families. I am a Certified Christian Life Coach and am trained and skilled in Faith and Holistic, Conflict Management, Grief, Substance Abuse & Recovery, Trauma Recovery/PTSD, and Marriage coaching. I help you to refocus and repurpose your efforts to align with biblical teaching and what you feel is God's direction for your life.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Keuka College and my Master's degree from Fordham University. I am currently in my final year of PhD studies at Liberty University.
