I support the success of individuals and teams through executive and group coaching engagements that are often coordinated with training and facilitation for a strategic sense of direction.

As an executive coach, professional trainer, and facilitator I have a broad range of experience working with organizations worldwide to develop customized learning programs with a focus on the areas that matter most; leadership, communications, human relations, and strategic direction.

Because I have seen the value of coaching, I am the current Vice President of the Texas Coaches Coalition, a non-profit organization. I was also selected to be a Co-Lead for the International Coaching Federation’s Executive Leadership Community of Practice, which provides coaches with the opportunity to earn Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units by participating in relevant and diverse professional development sessions.
