About Jennifer

Jennifer Jacobs (MA Counseling Psychology, Adventure-based Therapy Concentration; RYT-200; BCC candidate) weaves together elements of Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Coaching, and Mindfulness to help people get “unstuck” in a way that is true and meaningful for them. Her experience as a mental health counselor, business consultant, and mentor informs her work as a life coach.

Jennifer listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and nurtures growth. She brings a compassionate, inquisitive, holistic approach to each client. Witnessing, and being a part of, someone discovering their own power and the possibilities that awaken from that an incredibly rewarding aspect of her work.

Her career has been a winding road that keeps leading her to roles where she supports others on their own journeys. Her work is also influenced by “extra-curricular activities” such as practicing and teaching yoga, gardening, meditation, and adventures outdoors. Kind of a living, breathing counselor/coach stereotype, but that’s what brings her peace and taps into her creativity! Jennifer sees all of these experience, in and out of her professional path, as invaluable to her work as a life coach.
