I help mums find or rediscover their own identity and put FUN back into their lives.
So many women lose themselves after playing the role of a daughter, wife, and mother. It's easy to put everyone else first and overtime forget about YOU.
As an identity coach, I help women rediscover what makes them smile, find their passion / purpose in life as the kids are getting older and become more independent.
I work with clients one on one, in workshops or create personalise programs for them to work through in the comfort of their own home.
Sessions can be face to face or online.
