My approach is simple and straight forward. It is all about YOU! I will work hard to make sure that I am providing you with coaching that is relevant to your needs and goals. I want you to leave sessions feeling like you were heard, understood, and have a path forward.

I have a doctorate in psychology and an MBA. I practiced psychology for several years and even testified as an expert witness in both civil and criminal cases. I had amazing experiences throughout this part of my career and even spent time as part of a Crisis Negotiation Team. However, it was not my passion. I still wanted to help people but in a different way. I went back to school, earned my MBA, and successfully transitioned into a completely different career. Now, I want to take all that I have learned through my education and experiences to help you.

Your first session is FREE! I want to make sure that we are a good fit and that I can help you. If we're not a good fit, that's okay! I will do my best to ensure you have a great trial session and steps that you can follow moving forward. At the end of the day, I want to see you succeed.
