For many years I’ve observed multiple organisations and I have the same observation- most people find themselves in leadership positions because they were great at their LAST job - and now they are just expected to be able to lead. They feel out of their comfort zone and suffer from imposter syndrome.

But I believe leadership is a skill, it can be learned and coached.

I’ve led teams in high pressured environments and I’m now a coach on the way to professional accreditation.
