Supporting others through experience and empathy

About Alan

I am here to help victims and survivors of narcissistic abuse, both family and romantic and childhood abuse. I also coach neurodivergent people whether diagnosed or not to help them overcome their challenges and how to deal with the everyday adversity you might face with a neurotypical society.

I have survived several narcissistic relationships and a marriage to a selected borderline, being the scapegoat in a toxic and narcissistic family dynamic with a covert narcissist matriach, and escaped. I have been through the pain of releasing myself from denial and facing the ghosts of the past and everything it entails.

I came to learn about my own neurodivergence in my 40s, and I can help guide you through the process of considering whether you might be neurodivergent, are seeking or in the process of a diagnosis, or having recently been diagnosed and the re-framing of the world that subsequently takes place.

It is my hope that my experiences and survival of adversity can support you on your journey to who you are meant to be.
