About Jocelyn

Jocelyn Auyeung Coaching, LLC is a People Development Training, Coaching, and Consulting company that provides Mental Health Coaching for individuals and the EmpowerED Solutions program for schools and districts.

The EmpowerED Solutions program takes a holistic and systematic approach to effectively assist school leaders in addressing the mental health needs of their employees within the multi-tier systems of support framework.

As a former educator with over 15 years of experience working within the educational system, she understands the unique challenges faced by educational institutions and offers tailored solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing MTSS frameworks.

Jocelyn is experienced in collaborating with and leading teams using the MTSS framework. She is gifted at creating a unique systematic approach and solution for addressing needs within the MTSS framework. Jocelyn's proficient teaching, coaching, and training skills help people successfully learn and integrate new skills and tools in a fun, engaging, and sustainable way.

She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Education. She has over 15 years of experience providing professional development training within the education industry and 5+ years of experience in coaching, with expertise in Mental Wellness Coaching. Between her private practice and working as a mental health coach with Lyra Health, she has coached over 500+ hours and over 50 clients.

She is also the host of the “Empowered Working Mom Revolution” podcast, which aims to uplift and unite all working moms through the art of storytelling.
