I coach ambitious individuals that are focused on their career. I help them make intelligent choices, take charge and embody good leadership. My job is to find out where the opportunities lie and to help others grow.

I have over 30 years experience working for global companies. I have launched new products, established first class relationships, delivered business targets, transformed and built teams. I am passionate about supporting people to achieve their own potential and I loved working with individuals to motivate, inspire and develop them to support their career growth.

Last year, I decided to leave corporate life and to take the opportunity to certify as a coach to support others grow their careers and to achieve their own goals.

Through coaching, I am able to support individuals that face the same issues that often kept me awake at night: how can I get a better balance between work and life? How am I going to handle that difficult conversation with my colleague? Oh no, I have to present at the next team meeting.. I don’t have the confidence! What do I need to demonstrate to be considered for promotion? what is my purpose?
