About ROSIE

I'm Rosie Elvin, I'm an ADHD coach. My primary focus is on assisting adults living with ADHD. I specialise in coaching professionals in creative industries, and academia who have received an ADHD diagnosis or exhibit traits associated with ADHD in their adulthood. (you don't need to have an ADHD diagnosis to work with me : )

I have an advanced certificate in life coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming Master Practitioner Training from Achology, accredited by The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. I also trained with Max Lawrence - ADHD business coach. My coaching skills primarily stem for over 16 years working as an academic at a university, where I guide many students (many of who are neurodiverse), deliver pastoral care and produce research.

My goal is to help individuals navigate life in an organised, goal-oriented, and efficient manner, fostering tangible progress and long-term success. My approach acknowledges the biological underpinnings of ADHD, targeting its core symptoms: inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity and I draw on a lifetime of acquired techniques.

I focus on adults experiencing the nuances of ADHD, recognising traits like:

Difficulty finishing projects

Abundance of ideas

Preferring collaboration in specific scenarios

Encountering burnout from intense focus bursts

Thriving in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments

Struggling with administrative tasks and consistency
