Hi there!

I'm enrolled in a health coaching program that will allow me to become a fully board certified health coach.

As a part of the course requirements, I need to coach a few clients over the course of 15 weeks as I learn and practice the skills of being an effective health coach.

If you're interested, we would meet remotely 4-6 times over the next few months for about 20 minutes each time completely free of charge.

These sessions will include a safe space to begin implementing small lifestyle changes into your routine . We will begin working towards conquering any health limitations that have been holding you back and I think you'll be surprised on how quickly change can happen!

(Note: These sessions will be recorded as I will be submitting them as a part of my course work, we will sign a privacy agreement and all of your information will remain completely confidential.)
