About Rachel

After a decade of success evaluating leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives and programs, I understand what individuals and organizations need to function effectively on the human level, manage change, and bounce back from challenges. I have served as a consultant to organizations such as the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Leading Edge, Rockwood Leadership Institute, Tipping Point Community, the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, and the James Irvine Foundation.

With my expertise as a learning and evaluation partner, clients have: revised their mental health initiative strategy to align with current nonprofit partner needs; adapted leadership development programs to be more effective for new executives; developed a DEI grantmaking strategy based on learning from pilot grants; communicated the long-term impact of core programs to stakeholders; and aligned evaluation and learning plans with new strategic initiatives.

Now, my focus is on how teams manifest impactful results through strong relationships and strength-based leadership. I help teams see what is happening at the system level (including staff, board, beneficiaries, investors, the larger community, etc.) and how they can address challenges collectively.

I offer bespoke services based on organizational needs, which include 1-1 leadership and onboarding coaching, 360 interview-based assessments, group and team coaching, workshops, and retreats.
