I have over 30 years of life experience as a career mom, a dedicated high achiever, and the unique journey of being a single mom and stepmom. I understand the challenges career moms face. I have raised three sons, earned three college degrees, and climbed the career ladder through hard work and determination. I've cultivated a passion for helping career moms to live their best lives.
A few years ago I again found myself overbooked and overwhelmed. I had just graduated with my Master's in Healthcare Administration and achieved all my goals. This is when I discovered coaching and TRANSFORMED my mindset. Throughout this experience, I discovered the importance of both self-care and setting boundaries! These two concepts were not in my daily practice. I learned quickly the benefits to my overall well-being and taking control of my calendar space (aka time management).
I developed my Busy Life Empowered You program and roadmap to help overwhelmed career moms navigate the path to balance, success, and fulfillment.
