I provide coaching for Black women and women of color who want to disrupt patterns of sacrificing self for others that’s often rooted in narratives of people pleasing.

I specialize in serving the woman who is the go-to for others.

This woman is “the strong one” for family, friends, co-workers, her church, or just about any other relationship she’s in.

I’m talking about the high-achieving, high-performing woman who has attained a level of success in life and work, yet struggles with feelings of loneliness, unfulfillment and feeling unseen and unheard.

My highest aim is to help women live with healthy boundaries with themselves and others.

Imagine a life of unapologetically taking care of yourself.

Imagine the peace, care, and fulfillment in mutually reciprocal relationships, and asking for what you want and need.

It is possible to release what no longer serves you well and embrace who and what you desire to be--more balanced, whole, and confident.

I am passionate about seeing women, and especially women of color, live authentic and liberated lives.

So many of us don’t know what it feels like to be deeply seen and heard and have our needs and wants prioritized.

It is my honor to create a space with you that is uniquely your own.

I love the fact that my clients get to exhale and just be, without anyone needing anything from them for that hour.

I am inspired by women who refuse to settle for the box that culture, society, and their loved ones have tried to force them into.

I am for the woman who radically chooses herself, unapologetically.

My formal education includes a BS from Grambling State, a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a second master's degree and doctorate in psychology from the University of La Verne.

I completed a nationally accredited pre-doctoral fellowship at the University of Memphis and a post-doctoral fellowship at University Nevada, Reno, and have been in private practice since 2019.
