I am an international Executive Career & Life Coach, with a background in law and financial services going back 20 years. Having seen the benefits of coaching in my own life, I now help executives, professionals and business owners create and thrive in lives they truly love.

Most of my clients are in established careers, but at a point where they are ready to up their game and create deeper fulfilment and greater success. For some of them that’s about changing or progressing in their career. For others it’s about becoming more effective in what they already do, or creating a more balanced lifestyle.

I am accredited by the International Coach Federation at their advanced PCC level.

I am also the author of the career coaching book Falling in Love With Your Job – How to create more excitement and fulfilment in your career.

Executives, professionals and business owners from a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on law, consultancy firms, technology, financial services and start-ups.

I coach clients in any country and time zone, either face-to-face or via Zoom video calls. I will also fly out to your place for intensive immersion days.

What makes me different?

Having worked in law and financial services for more than 21 years, I know both the corporate world and private practice with all their challenges and opportunities. My action-orientated coaching process combines tools, processes and models from world-renowned coaching experts with my own experience of overcoming years of struggle. I am also trained in small business coaching for those of you who are thinking of setting up your own business.

My integrated style combines traditional coaching processes with a wide range of tools from various other disciplines, including Enneagram Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.
