About Tasha

I chose this work because my midlife journey started out like a horror story. 🧟‍♀️😱🫣
No exaggeration—it was my worst nightmare. Between ages 40-45, I developed over 30 symptoms, and my doctors couldn’t provide the solutions I desperately needed.

Fatigue hit me so hard that getting out of bed felt like scaling a mountain. I’d struggle through my corporate job, only to collapse back into bed at the end of the day. Repeat. Every. Single. Day. I had no energy and felt like a shadow of myself at work, with family, and with friends. To make matters worse, I was battling debilitating anxiety, brain fog, joint pain, heart palpitations, sleep issues—you name it. The list goes on. And on.

That is what led me here.
I got curious about what was happening in my body and dove into extensive research and education. I became certified as a perimenopause + menopause coach and completed doula training. Through the knowledge I gained, I made crucial lifestyle changes, improved my fitness, and sought the right medical support. Now, at 50, I feel amazing—even better than I did at 40!

Today, I’m proud to be a midlife advocate, helping others make that same positive change, no matter where they are in their journey. It’s never too early—or too late—to take control of your health!
