My journey has been shaped by my roles as a military veteran spouse, a devoted mother to a toddler and a teenager, and a woman who holds steadfast Christian values. In my professional life, I've transitioned from therapy to coaching because I believe in the transformative power of proactive, forward-focused guidance.
