I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for 35 years. I specialize in transformational Coaching, where I enjoy empowering people's mind, and strengthening their body and souls. My credentials include, but are not limited to, a Master Professional Life Coach, Master Personal Trainer, Nutritional Expert and an Ordained Minister. My passion is to help people look and feel their very best. I have 20 years experience with online coaching and my goal is to continue and grow in this practice. My focus is on motivating others, boosting self esteems and setting positive mindsets. I have helped many people since my career began in 2011, to conquer fears, overcome obstacles , addictions, and various other challenges in both relationships , health and work. I consider myself a trusted confidante, an empathetic listener and an experienced Coach.
