My professional journey began in customer service, working in call centers where I discovered my passion for administrative work. This led me to pursue office administration training at Job Corps – a decision that would shape my entire career path.

After graduation, I eagerly dove into the administrative field, starting as a receptionist before advancing to more senior roles as an administrative assistant. My experience spans diverse industries including human resources, healthcare administration, education, finance, tech, and business.

In 2018, I found my true calling when I began supporting small business owners with their entrepreneurial ventures. This work became especially vital during the pandemic. There's something incredibly fulfilling about helping others organize and streamline their businesses. I love being that go-to person who makes a real difference in their success.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is the freedom it provides – creating my own schedule, setting my own income goals, and having the flexibility to pursue my ambitions without external limitations. However, my journey hasn't been without challenges. I faced personal struggles with my children and mental health that temporarily derailed my path. For a while, I allowed others to control my decisions and direction.

But I knew deep down this wasn't the life I wanted. I took charge of my healing through therapy, and now I'm back stronger than ever, pursuing my passion as a virtual administrative assistant coach. My personal challenges and professional experience have equipped me with unique insights and empathy that make me particularly effective at helping others achieve their dreams.

Having overcome these obstacles while maintaining my professional growth, I'm confident in my ability to guide others toward their goals. My story isn't just about survival – it's about thriving and helping others do the same!
