Hey I'm Aimee (she/her)

With a background in strategic design and transformation, I believe we all have the power to design our world to be simpler, smarter, and kinder.

I work with purposeful leaders and entrepreneurs who want to lead with integrity, based on their values to foster innovation, drive performance, and build a culture of trust and collaboration.

I work with highly sensitive people and the LGBTQ+ community to support embracing identity with confidence, creating healthy relationships and boundaries, challenging limiting beliefs, building resilience, navigating life transitions and ultimately creating the life they want.

I love coaching curious humans. The ones who want to explore and thrive. The ones who love to go deeper. The ones who want to create their life and achieve real impact intentionally. Fundamentally my coaching is for curious minds who want to discover their unique genius, build on their deeper purpose, and take meaningful action towards a fulfilling life.
