About Frank

Howdy, I’m Frank. And to be frank, I’m neurodivergent and have done a lot of different things in my past. Diagnosed ADD at 20; Bipolar at 23. I’ve been a coder, a pope, a project manager, a bead pusher, the president of the board, a volunteer manager at Burning Man, and an artistic arsonist. I’m excited to evolve into my final form as a Neurodivergence Coach. Having coached for almost 2 years and with over 200 hours under my belt, this year I’ve completed an ICF-certified Leadership Coach program and will be an ICF Associate Certified Coach very soon.

My mission is to create a safe space to explore your struggles and hopes and to provide insight through reflection, clarification, and asking deep questions. I prefer the term player over client, since each session is an opportunity to play with your reality and develop experiments to play with between sessions. The coaching relationship is one in which we both put work into. It is a collaborative process that serves the player, empowering you to take charge of the choices you make and the way you think about them.

My method is ever-changing as I grow and learn from my players, but focuses on these:
Applied Mindfulness: when to actually use that deep breath to influence choice points
Values Mining: finding what drives you and how to bring it into daily motivation
Process Analysis: finding incremental changes with extensive effects
Self-Leadership: gracefully gaining more control of your inner commander
Playful Experimentation: inventing your own path and solutions as a joyful exercise

What will come of this? My intent is to help you not just see the steps along the journey, but to stock your toolkit so you can build the next step. And the next step. And again. And to celebrate each step as the success it is and to treat yourself with grace when it all collapses. I look forward to our coaching journey together!
