My goal is to work with people from all different walks of life & empower them to see that the tools they need to overcome their struggles are already within them. I specialize in working with individuals to find & connect more to their authentic identities, young adults who are identifying or recovering from toxic relationships, religious trauma & couples looking to find healthier communication and coping styles. I offer individual & couples, Enneagram consulting, coaching, & typing.
I graduated from Mercer University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I am a Certified Enneagram Coach and have certificates in Music Therapy & Sound Healing, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion. I believe the power to grow is within you, and I consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey.
I have lived in East Nashville since 2018, and you can usually find me in my kitchen with a good playlist (think Nina Simone, Dr. Dog, Aretha, R.E.M, Dire Straits, Muddy Waters, and more) cooking something delicious alongside my Border Collie, Finn and Great Pyrenees, Emmylou.
