Hi, I’m Roxie!

I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Certified Professional Diversity Coach, and have spent the past decade helping people grow, thrive, and find clarity in their careers - supporting everyone from interns entering the workforce, to senior leaders navigating complex, high-impact roles.

I care deeply about helping people build work lives that feel sustainable, supportive, and aligned with who they are. Sometimes that means growing into a new role, or preparing for a next move. Other times, it’s about slowing down, setting boundaries, de-centering work, or recovering from toxic or harmful workplace experiences.

My approach is strengths-based, flexible, trauma-informed, and culturally competent. I meet you where you are, and together we'll co-design a career strategy that fits your goals, your pace, and your life. All sessions are fully virtual via Zoom, which allows me to work with clients anywhere in the world.
